Printing Your Pre-Designed Wedding Programs
Wedding Programs can range from a simple bi-folded piece (4 pages) to a booklet with more pages within. It usually includes an introduction of those in your bridal party as well as the format of the ceremony so that your guests may follow along more easily.
The pricing below is for 2-sided printing on 8.5" x 11" sheets. These sheets will be folded in half to create your program of a finished size that is 5.5" wide by 8.5" tall. Each sheet yields 4 pages.
When preparing your file, please have it set-up for a width of 5.5" and height of 8.5" with a .25" border, with no bleed. Please make sure that each individual page is a separate page in your document. In other words, do not upload a file by designing on full 8.5"x11" sheets, but rather prepare your file for individual pages of your program based on its finished size. You can download wedding program templates for Word or InDesign to help you layout your wedding program.
If you are using professional design and layout applications such as Illustrator, InDesign or Quark, this is easy to setup properly and guarantee correct printing. We recommend exporting your file as a high resolution PDF to ensure best quality (please export without any crop marks). If you are using a word processing software such as Word, you can upload that file and our web site will create a PDF proof for your approval.
