Q. Is this web site only for budget-conscious people?
  A. No, for all designs, printing options range from affordable to premium to satisfy your desires.
Q. Is this web site only for those getting married?
  A. No, many of the designs can be used for any kind of greeting card as the words can be modified to suit your needs. For example, “Save The Date” can be changed to “Birthday Invitation” by simply typing in your change within our online tool that is easy to use.
Q. Do you print everything in-house?
  A. Yes, all designs and print production are done in-house. As such, Perfectly Invited has great control over your final printed piece.
Q. What’s the difference between a digital and printed proof?
  A. After you have personalized your card, you will immediately view a digital or soft proof of exactly how your card will print. If you wish to receive a printed proof, you can go ahead and place an order for 1 printed proof with your order. We will print 1 card from the digital proof you had reviewed and approved. Once you receive the single printed card, you will feel comfortable approving the final quantity of your order knowing exactly how it will print*.
Q. What’s the difference between a sample and printed proof?
  A. The paper sample kit shows you the paper sample and examples of its use in various product types, but they are not personalized with your information. To view the printed design personalized with your information, purchase a printed proof so that you can be absolutely sure your final card is perfect in all ways.
Q. What if I made a typo error in personalizing my card?
  A. Before you submit your order, you will be able to view a digital proof of your file. You will not be able to accidentally submit your order until you actively select the check box to approve your digital proof. You have the option to select a printed proof. You will be shipped this card to see exactly how your card will print*. If you receive your printed proof and wish to make changes, you can do so and either order another printed proof or place your final order. Once you approve your digital proof and submit your final order or any quantity size, the order may not be canceled and will be paid in full. Hence, if you do not wish to wait to receive your printed proof or purchase your printed proof, we strongly recommend that you carefully review your digital proof before submitting your final order.
Q. If I realized a mistake I made or change I have IMMEDIATELY after I submitting my order, is there a way to change the order or cancel it?
  A. Please contact us immediately by calling 201-215-2004 and reference your order number. We will try to stop the order for you. However, please note that the order is not stopped unless we provide you a confirmation that the order was stopped as the print production department does not receive these messages that go to the customer service department. If the order was printed and completed, the order is final and cannot be canceled or refunded. Please be very careful when approving your digital proof before submitting your final order.
Q. What can I do if I realized that I made an error after my order had been shipped to me?
  A. Please email us immediately and reference your order number. Upon approval, you may re-submit your order with the revised changes and pay a reduced amount for the quantity previously ordered (full amount if you need to order more). A rush fee may apply if you are running short on time and need the order expedited. You may be asked to ship us your erroneous items at your cost.
Q. I'm a graphic designer and have my own design. Can you print it for me?
  A. Yes! As long as your layout is similar to the dimensions and specifications we normally handle, it should not be a problem. If you want a layout that we don't normally offer, we may be able to do it but will need to learn more about your request first. Either way, simply visit our Pre-Designed page and submit your order. We recommend designing your card in a professional software like Illustrator or Quark or InDesign and exporting the file as a high resolution PDF (with 1/8" bleed and 1/8" safety margin, but don't include any marks in the file). Please note that Word or Powerpoint are NOT professional design programs and we cannot guarantee quality printing from these programs. We suggest you order a printed proof for ALL custom designs before placing your final order. If you don't submit your files according to our print specifications there may be additional non-refundable design charges, and any cancelled orders would be charged a minimum setup fee.
*small variations from each print batch should be expected
