Made an error? We're all human, we understand. PerfectlyInvited.com has a customer friendly policy of providing our customers a 50% courtesy discount for your re-order when you accidentally made an error (e.g. typo error or last minute reception address change) and we will reprint your custom cards or envelopes of the same quantity for you. Additional quantities (if you changed your mind and need more) will be at the regular price. Please note that shipping will borne by the customer.
For consideration for this courtesy dicount, ALL products MUST be returned to PerfectlyInvited.com at your cost. A 25% courtesy discount is provided if you have used some of the pieces or are unable to send back ALL of the products for any reason.

Due to variations in paper (which is a naturally made material), humidity, and variations in other conditions, final pieces may not be an exact match with any printed proof, but should be close. Should there be a drastic difference, please contact us as soon as possible but no later than 14 days from the date the pieces were purchased to get it rectified.
For consideration for a refund, net of fees, please contact us at 201-215-2004. ALL products MUST be returned in saleable condition (unless damaged in delivery) for inspection and review to determine its defective condition or if the wrong product was delivered.
We want you to be happy and have the item that you want. Please plan a buffer of 14 days for emergency contingencies so that we can make any rectifications, allowing you to have the item that you ordered in time for your event or postal deadline.
If the issue cannot be rectified for certain reasons, a refund would be made. If the item is paid with a credit card, a credit card return fee of 8% on your returned item may apply. No refunds will be approved for any used or incomplete items.
Accessories such as easels and wax seals must be returned complete and unused within 14 days for any refund to be applied. The refund would be net of the 8% credit card return fee (if applicable) and the full shipping rate. Note that while we charge $5 flat rate ground shipping, some larger items may cost more than that to ship. You would be refunded net of our actual shipping cost.
You must return any free gifts that were included with your purchase in order to receive a full refund. If you are unable to do so, the value of the free gift will be subtracted from the purchase price of the item being returned. You will be refunded the difference. The value of the free gift is based on the price it was regularly sold for on the date of your original purchase.
If you are unsatisfied with an individual item you purchased as part of a bundle package, you may return that item separately. In some cases a bundle discount has been applied to each item. You will be refunded the discounted price, which may differ from the price if you purchased it individually.
You may return items for which you used coupons or promotion codes in accordance with our regular Return Policy. However, the coupon amount applied to the item being returned will be subtracted from its purchase price, and you will be refunded the difference.
