DIRECTIONS - Be sure to include the full address of your location, and step by step driving directions.
Your directions should be clear and simple, making it easier for your guests to follow. You can also include an
artist drawn map, making your invitation fun, unique and contemporary. If you do include a map, this is a
great way to inform your out of town guests about all the places they might be interested in.
ACCOMMODATIONS - For the accommodations card, include the full address for each hotel as well as
all the contact information. Include your group rate code and date in which your guests need to make
their reservations by. If you will be providing a shuttle service from the hotel, you can add that information
to your accommodations card as well.
RECEPTION - For your reception card, inform your guests about what time the reception will begin. If
your reception and ceremony are in two different locations, be sure to include the day, time, location and description of each
activity.
WEDDING DETAILS - If you are having a weekend long wedding, you can include a time line with all the
weekend wedding event details. Don't be scared to have a little fun with this card, your guests will
enjoy following the entire weekend step by step with illustration icons. Be sure to include the day and
time of the event and what the activity is. Also add the location of each event. |
